  • Will I get to meet my dog walker before the walks start?
    Yes. We always set up a meet and greet consultation to introduce you to your dog walker and to review your detailed client profile before the dog walks start.
  • How many dog walks are required per week?
    Cool Dog Walker clients are required to commit to a minimum of 2 days of scheduled dog walking per week.
  • Will I have the same walker each day?
    You will have a dedicated dog walker and that person is your go-to person. Of course, we get sick and go on vacation like everyone else, so sometimes we have to send a substitute. When this happens, we will let you know in advance.
  • When do I give a key to my dog walker?
    We will provide a free lockbox to our clients or a client can opt to make a copy of the key for the walker to keep on hand.
  • Where do you walk my dogs?
    We walk each client’s dog(s) in your own neighborhood and GPS map tracking is provided at the end of each walk.
  • What is your cancellation policy for scheduled daily dog walking services?
    We have a 24 hour cancellation policy for scheduled daily dog walking services. If you cancel with more than 24 hours notice from the earlier part of your arrival timeframe, there will be no cancelation fee. Walks canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a $10.00 cancelation fee. Cancellations for Mondays will need to be received before our office closes for the weekend on Fridays at 6 p.m. For Doggy House Sitting you must cancel one week in advance from the start date of boarding or be subject to a $50.00 cancelation fee.
  • Is there an extra charge for more dogs?
    There is no extra charge for up to 2 dogs per household, excluding pack walks. There is a $10 charge for a 3rd dog or a dog that does not live in the current household.
  • Can I have a preferred walk/visit time?
    Just let us know what time(s) you would like us to visit your pets. We have three time frames to choose from. We usually need at least an hour time range around your preferred time(s), and we will do our best based on our route for the day. Solo Walk Hours: 7am-10am 11am-3pm 4pm-7pm Pack Walk Hours: 8-10am 11-3pm
  • How and when do I pay you?
    All walks are paid on a weekly basis, and will be invoiced and charged at the end of the week on Friday. We accept credit cards/debit card, and Venmo.
  • Do you have a Referral Program?
    We’re pleased to offer our clients a free visit when you refer one of your family, friends, work colleagues or neighbors to us when they decide to use our services. The more clients you refer, the more visits you earn. We believe our business success is based on referrals and great service!
  • Holidays and Vacation
